During the early 1900s, food writer and home economics teacher Jenny Åkerström ran a housewife school for young girls in Östermalm in Stockholm. It was here that the recipe for Princess Cake was brought to life. Among the students at the school were Princesses Margaretha, Märtha and Astrid, all of whom were daughters of Prince Carl and Princess Ingeborg. Elin PK Princess Cake Poster in green, pink and blue.
